POLY Series: the suitable automation for those processes not only linked with the surface finishing of technical parts or components. With this family, R&A take advantage of the knowledge and experience in automation with the aim to serve our customers as a partner for their internal process innovation, through the design and fabrication of special machines and prototypes for, as example, machining, handling, assembly, … Despite being “prototype machines”, the maximum attention on profitability and reliability is applied in the same way as in the rest of families.

The specifications are jointly developed in detail for the sake of a precise and appropriate conception of the machine. For the design R&A apply CAD/CAE systems and the cell is built using world class equipment and components to guarantee the reliability and optimum performance of the installation. This kind of solutions may consist from a single device or cell to a set of different machines and equipment integrated in one unique programming and control system with a customized user interface, making the POLY family a suitable option from a laboratory single machine to a series production facility.
