Rotary table machines

FACE Series: is the solution for high production and quality requirements for the automation of sanding, polishing, buffing, satin and deburring processes. This machine concept is based on the well proven rotary architecture in mass production as well as the high accuracy provided by the digital control technology (PLC, CNC, …). The FACE machines, despite being oriented to high production rates, provide a good degree of flexibility by appropriately combining the design of the working heads, the interchangeability of the tooling, as well as the feeding devices. Each machine is conceived and manufactured according to the specifics needs of each process, providing an unbeatable price/performance relationship.

The rotary machines from R&A can be built with indexed positioning or continuous rotation of the table, depending on each application. The peripherals are commonly placed around the table: belt grinding, polishing, or buffing heads, parts loading and unloading systems, quality control devices, etc. The number and design of such peripherals is directly linked with the production throughput and quality of the finished parts. R&A can provide from quite simple units with manually activated heads and manual loading / unloading of parts, till complex machines with up to 6 simultaneous CNC axes in each head, automated loading of pieces by means of robots and artificial vision, automatic unloading of parts, etc.
