EDGE Series : excellent alternative for profitable machining, grinding, polishing, buffing and satin operations The EDGE series is conceived to provide as much possible flexible automation solutions based on robotics technology. These robotic cells can be designed and manufactured to efficiently machine, grind or polish any kind of part independently of his complexity, always accordingly to the specific requirements of each application. The EDGE series can combine simultaneously several robots and peripherals within the same robot cell, providing the customer with a very flexible and reliable solution.

By using robots for grinding, polishing, deburring and machining the repeatability of the finished parts will be increased and the whole process consistency notably improved. Multiple feeding systems for robot stations can be applied: pallet systems (double feeding table), rotary devices, conveyor systems (with or without artificial vision), scara robots, … those feeding devices allow our robot cells work autonomously and unattended. Our software libraries handle basic tasks automatically like broken tools, mop wearing compensation in polishing cells, palletizing, adaptive speed control... The cells can be manufactured for single or multiple robots working together.
